TekCor4 acquires Marketing Delivery to strengthen portfolio of data-driven automotive solutions

This week marks the start of an exciting new chapter for Marketing Delivery, following the news that our business has been acquired by TekCor4, a UK-based market leader in predictive aftersales intelligence and analytics.

There will be a number of important developments that will soon benefit current and future Marketing Delivery customers. For example, the combined team will now accelerate integration of TekCor4’s data-driven insight platform and our own AI-powered customer engagement platform. This will help more retailers develop actionable insights into their business operations and customer behaviours, and use that intelligence to create AI-driven marketing campaigns that build loyalty and enhance long-term customer value.

The new TekCor4 senior leadership team will also now develop a comprehensive new product and service roadmap for 2026 and beyond, drawing on the experience and capabilities of the newly expanded team.
