Introducing Our New Managing Director: Charlotte Murray

Published: January 2025
We are thrilled to announce that Charlotte Murray has been promoted to the newly created position of managing director. Charlotte will oversee a strategic review of Marketing Delivery to inform a fresh approach to digital marketing and equip retailers with the resources necessary to navigate changes in automotive retail in 2025 and beyond.
Charlotte’s automotive career spans nearly three decades, having worked in various marketing roles with retailers and suppliers since 1996. She joined us as commercial director three years ago and has been instrumental in revitalising our operational strategy, helping to make 2024 the most successful year for new client growth in our 17-year history.
We support over 500 retailers, from single-site independent dealerships to national multi-franchise groups. Our core marketing automation platform, VoiceBox, issues carefully timed and hyper-targeted messages to current and prospective sales and service customers via email, SMS and social media channels to improve conversion, satisfaction, retention and reputation.
“We retain the energetic, results-focus instincts of a start-up, ensuring we can adapt quickly to changing market conditions and the needs of our clients. Our solutions focus on agility and growth: two powerful tenets in the current automotive climate.
Charlotte draws on her vast experience to create agile growth strategies – for us and our clients – which are reflective of the realities faced by today’s motor retailers. 2025 is predicted to be another turbulent year for the automotive industry, and we will work hand in hand with our clients to support their individual digital marketing needs.”
“Over the next 12 months we will make sure we have optimal structures, processes and people in place to maintain our position as the leading provider of automotive digital marketing solutions. Our nationwide team of automotive experts boasts over 300 years of combined industry experience, and we will soon be looking for additional talent and adopting more emerging technologies in order to facilitate our growth plans.”
