2022 was a year of rapid digital transformation for the automotive sector, as well as a very successful year for Marketing Delivery as an increasing number of retailers sought our expertise.
Because of this, we have reorientated our internal roles and responsibilities, allowing us to maximise the new opportunities in 2023 as we further develop our product offering for new and existing clients. The realigned client services team will be led by Andrew Barton as our Client Services Director.
Lucie Marchant: Project Manager
Lucie joined us back in the spring of 2021 as a Marketing Executive, having received a First-Class Honours graduate from the University of Surrey, and with over four years of marketing experience with in-house and agency roles. Lucie’s client-oriented approach soon earned her a senior position.
Speaking of her latest promotion to Project Manager, she said: “I’m looking forward to working more deeply with each client to develop their marketing strategy further and improve the customer journey. By incorporating different elements of marketing – from eCRM, email and SMS campaigns to content writing and paid social ads – we can achieve great results for clients and their customers.”
Sam Jennings: Project Manager
Lucie will be joined by Sam, who has recently joined the team as a second Project Manager. Sam brings over seven years of automotive marketing experience, most recently managing the marketing department of a multi-franchise dealership based in the South East.
He said: “It’s exciting to join such an innovative company during this phase of growth and I welcome the opportunity to approach the automotive sector from a new angle. I am keen to fully understand each of my client’s needs and ambitions, build on existing marketing strategies and improve outcomes.”
