Ridgeway extends relationship with Marketing Delivery

AM Top 20 Motor Retail Group, Ridgeway, are extending the scope of their relationship with the AM “Dealer Recommended” automotive digital agency Marketing Delivery.

Rolling out across all Ridgeway businesses in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset and West Sussex, the “Data Driven Marketing” programme covers sales and aftersales and started with a Customer Satisfaction programme and a Sales conversion module that were rolled out in 2015, providing invaluable customer insight.

An aftersales module is currently rolling out and the group are shortly to pilot a “Car Alerts” process to keep prospective used car customers informed with stock and price changes.

Using data from existing dealership systems and the group website, Marketing Delivery are sending mobile responsive emails and SMS to follow up sales enquiries and manage on-going touch-points during the relationship with the customer.
